How should I organize the Minions shorts (mini movies)?

How should I organize the Minions shorts (mini movies)? They each have their own IMDB ID and are listed as "shorts". Emby movie folder structure supports the sub-folder "shorts" but you can't have a folder structure like:

M:\Movies\Minions (2015)\shorts\Mower Minions (2016)\Mower Minions (2016) - Bluray-1080p.mkv

because the mini movie won't be picked up and displayed in the library since it's in a sub-folder of 'shorts'.

 

So.... how should I manage this? Each mini movie has its own metadata file, its own extrafanart, extrathumbs, logo, banner, fanart, poster, etc...

I just have them as a normal movies, then added the Minions collectionid to them.

I had them as movies but didn't care for it.  Moved them to extras on the relevant movies instead.

I have a separate library just for shorts. I don't have the Minions ones but I do have a lot of Keaton, Laurel & Hardy, etc. and didn't want them cluttering up my main movies library.
