FIlm reverting to default cut

I have both the Special Edition and Theatrical cuts of Alien. Default is the Special Edition, even though the Theatrical really should be the default but that choice has to be left to Emby at present.

 

So I select the Theatrical cut, and the audio track I want, and hit play.

 

And...the Special Edition plays. Every time. I can't access the Theatrical Cut.

Actually, that's not what's happening. It's playing the theatrical cut but the scrubbing thumbnails are from the Special Edition, and when I go back to the film page it still defaults to the Special Edition and allows me to "resume" it from the timecode at which I stopped playing the Theatrical Cut. I have to reselect the Theatrical Cut for it to actually resume the cut I had been watching.

 

So two issues: there need to be thumbnails for each version, and it needs to default to the cut that I was actually watching instead of going back to whatever cut is the normal default. Being able to resume cuts independently would be nice but I'm not sure how doable that is.
