I am trying to play any movie that is in 1080p and I only hear audio, no video at all. Funny thing is that 480p movies seem to work fine. I did submit a log through my android tv at 10:27 am.

Then add the following information to your report in the forum:

 
  • Exactly what you were doing and what happened.  Include the name of whatever you played if it is a playback problem
  • The time you sent the log
  • The name of the Emby user on the local server that was logged in at the time

Looks like we are outputting video fine.  What is this device?  I've never seen it before.

It's a Samsung C71KW-200 (Directv Now streaming box).

Try turning off auto refresh rate switching in the app.

No difference. I also just tried a 720p and that works as well. Only seems to be related to 1080p.
