ebr 16169 Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 Hi. Can you recreate this error and then send the log from the app? There should have been a button right on the login screen after getting that error. Thanks.

ebr 16169 Posted August 3, 2019 Posted August 3, 2019 Okay, I'm not sure how to handle this. The http header cannot handle the character set. Luke - suggestions?
Luke 42077 Posted August 3, 2019 Posted August 3, 2019 We need to come up with a new way to communicate the device name, but for now you should make sure any characters that are not allowed in http headers are removed.
NAU21 0 Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 And russian name..it doesn't work “volley error.com.android.volley.”......if’s an English name it works only...

I'm pretty sure you are encountering a different problem as there should be nothing wrong with that name and that version should already account for this issue anyway. So, can you please use the button on the screen to send a log after you get this error and then come back here and tell me exactly what time (in EDT) you did that? Thanks.

ebr 16169 Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 Okay, this is the same issue. Can you please confirm what the device name is in the device settings on the box? I think the new cleaning routine won't work on the version of Android this box is running so you will have to be sure the name doesn't have Kanji or similar characters in it.
