Video Playback Fails on .36 beta & .40 release

Since updating to .36, and last night trying .40 playback is failing - Log attached

 

I tried Chrome Win10 (laptop), TCL Roku app, and Kodi on Win10 (dedicated PC).  I can stream video w/ all 3 devices directly from the video share without issue. Emby library is being updated but playback fails on Roku & Kodi without an error, it just spins for a while and then stops. On Chrome is says "No compatible streams".
