Is the musicbrainz plugin public

I am looking to learn from and pilfer code from the music brainz plugin.. but cant find it on git hub..is there some way to get hold of it?

i am hoping it will show me how make calls to musicbrainz and use the responses for my plugin, as an aid to learning.

i have searched using Vs2019 for the apis url and cant find it mentioned....i think this one is more about saving NFOs?
