Cannot open video in full screen.

Forgive this post if there is already answers to this issue on another, but I could not find them anywhere.

 

I am able to watch videos through my Chrome browser, but when I press the Fullscreen button nothing happens (except the button lights up). Using IE I cannot even get videos to play. After an extensive search, both in this forum and on Google, I cannot find anyone else with this issue.

 

Please help.

Okay, I figure it out. It only happens when I access through my website as a subdomain.
