Bazzu85 22 Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Hi, with the latest release I have this problem.. when watching some content on phone the status of play is not synced with server.. I have now one episode full watched on phone (watched yesterday), no update on server so it will not download next.. I have anothe one episode half watched on phone (watched 4 hour ago), no progression update on server.. with previous release the full watched episode were marked as watched on server, half watched are updated so I can resume from "Continue Watching" help!

The 15 minute periodic syncs have been eliminated and this is why you're seeing this. So we'll have to take a look at this. Thanks.

Luke 42081 Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Users have been complaining for a while about the constant communication between app and server every 15 minutes, so that has been eliminated. So now we have to handle this a little differently. Thanks.

I went to a sync job 2. click on it 3. save 4. all the sync jobs were updated and after a while the episode are downloaded I can figure out if the server is automatically refresh the sync jobs.. can you tell me what to search in the log to see if some kind of sync starts at some point?

I'm using server+mobile STABLE (not beta).. what I've to search in the log to see if the sync job refresh?

As you see for "One Piece - Season 10" I have 2 downloaded item: episode 3 and 4. To test the sync I setted 2 hours ago as unwatched the episode 2 so the situation of the jobs must be to sync episode 2 and 3. As you see this is not refreshing in these 2 hours.. I think what will have to happen is anytime you finish playing downloaded media we should trigger a sync after that, just in case the completion of playback might require changing the downloaded content to new episodes.

I have a stuck situation on the download from days.. You say "less often" but in my situation is "never".. I can't manually trigger a refresh.. If you see the screenshot I watched Gomorra s03e05 about 12 hour ago on my firestick.. The server is not updating it removing the watched episode and syncing the newest.. I tried to: - restart the server - access the download page from server AND app - "pulling up the download settings and leaving the screen will trigger it" doesn't work from mobile any suggestion please? ps here's the screenshot explanation: 1. the status of season 3 of gomorra 2. the watched hour on trakt 3. actual hour I'm writing 4. and 5. the status of download & sync page Edited August 4, 2019 by Bazzu85
Bazzu85 22 Posted August 4, 2019 Author Posted August 4, 2019 I just find the workaround.. going to downloads SETTINGS (not downloads status) and returning back in android app trigger the sync.. this is not the most comfortable thing but as a temp solution is working..
