swooped 0 Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 I've been using Emby off and on for a few years now and finally got the wife's approval to dump the cable boxes and use it permanently after I sorted the channels using the Metadata Manager. However I've had to resort the channels every time I update or even restart Emby. I've kind of searched around on the forums looking for a answer to my question but can't seem to find it. Also I can't figure out where the sort info gets stored because I would just back that file up and restore it after every update. Any help is appreciated.

swooped 0 Posted July 25, 2019 Author Posted July 25, 2019 I'm sorting them using the Meta Data Manager. By resort I mean when I reboot or update the server I lose the sorting I did and I have to do it again.
