extremely long time to load aaany media to play on web browser

i cant understand what is happening, my emby server after some update i dont know which one, the web browser is impossible to watch anything, it takes aaaaages to start the playback, nearly 2 minutes, ok, for a movie, yeah ok 2 minutes and you are watching, but anime, you cant watch, you stai 2 minutes waiting at every episode, omg, is horrible, and every time the episode changes the subtittle change and you have to change it, good more 2 minutes waiting, and to complete sometimes the player stays darken and you have to restart the player, good more to minutes to play the f...k episode, gosh is impossible, and its not the server, because in my android cellphone its so faast, the time it takes to play the media is the time the cellphone takes to enter in landscape mode, like 2 seconds, what could it be??
i tryed everything, even the emby premiere using the app in computer, i uses the computer in lan, over internet, the app, emby theater, nothing works, the connection with my pc is 111mbs, the terabit conection
emby is 4.1.1.0 on windows server, no transcode aceleration, no live extration of subtitltles, no transcode (the cellphone with transcode is faster much faster)

someone with the same problem, and even better, some solution? pleaase

seems that the the browser (using chrome browser) cant send properly  the request i dont know, the server only register the playback on painel when is realy playing and when the browser is loading sometimes the android cant load to, like the browser is using 100% of the server, the server is on 2gen i7 with 8gb of ram, the server is almost all for emby.... Hi, it's transcoding because you lowered the in-app quality setting. have you tried raising it?

its not, is auto-direct all time, probably the transcode was a test i was doing in the android

and at the same time, the server should not take 2 minutos to start the transcode... before some update (close to the 4.xx that changed everything) the emby worked like a chaaarm in every single device

ok i made some tests, and this time i taked the time, 11 minutes and 50 seconds to start reproduzing the episode.... these playback is making transcoding of h264 to h264(avc) (logs and foto of session attached, it`s in portuguese but you can retrieve the important data) the strange thing is that the server is taking 12 minutes to start the job, is not 12 minutes of buffer but 12 minutos to start the process of sending the data. ok, all the logs and etc is there, i dont know what i can do.

the dash board is sayng: the transcoding is happening because the subtitle is not supported, what is strange because is one subtitle inside the archive and the live extract of subtitle is turned off (doesnt make any difference turning on, but it make complex subtitles bug).

one more thing, when the process starts, the process is ok, the transcoding is realy fast and etc... is like the server is taking a lot of time thinking what to do when i start something(in web browser, again, in chrome).

i have made some more tests, and the problem in these case, sems to be the subtitle thats in the archive, these is making the emby to transcode the archive (because the live subtitle extract is off), if i turn it on and watch the same thing, the direct play is almost instant, but at the same time, i can put at any quality and force the emby to transcode, and no problem there, for sure it takes longer to play, but is something like 5 to 10 seconds max, not 12 minutes, so the problem is when it has to convert h264 to h264(avc) because the player cant handle the ass subtitle(i cant understand why not), i could set the live subtitle extract on, but it brokes some anime subtitles, like one  that have two subtitles at same time(music and speach for exemple) sometimes it shows only one and sometimes doesnt show at all, and it brakes all the font style so is a little boring, theres some way to prevent the emby to do these kinda stupid transcode? or theres some fix to these essue?
