Photos not showing up in Library

I have created a new library pointing at a folder with many subfolders containing photos and videos. Mainly JPG, MOV.

 

Only the MOV files show up in the library.

 

Any help would be great.

Hi there, what content type did you setup the library with?

1. did you create it as a "Home Videos & Photos" type library?

2. in the setting for that type of library did you check the enable photos option?
