Premium now required for live TV streaming?

Emby must have recently updated itself and now I can't seem to stream live TV. It's gone from the web client and the server settings dashboard says "Emby Live TV & DVR require an active Emby Premiere subscription." Also, the MediaPortal plugin I was using seems to be gone. 

 

I'm running server version 4.1.1.0 on Windows 10 and trying to stream over the internet via Chrome.

 

Did the developers remove this feature? It was the only reason I use Emby and I'm not paying to watch free TV. If so, does anyone know a good free alternative?
