Emby Guide - Error Downloading TV Lineups

Noticed this morning that my Guide was gone.  Turns out my Premiere membership (monthly) failed to bill because of a replacement card.  I purchased a Lifetime Premiere membership, cleared and re-inputted the key (I was emailed the exact same key as before), but am still getting this error.

 

I followed the instructions posted here but the problem remains.  No response from the support email in the instructions that I sent with the logs.

 

I'm fairly certain the problem is related to the premiere sub due to this snippet from the log:

By the way, I'm actually running 2 Emby Servers and the other one is working fine after clearing the key, saving, then re-inputting and saving.  But not the case on this one.

 

Any advice/guidance is appreciated.

*Update*

 

So, I ended up resolving my problem on my own.  Both my Emby Servers are 2019 Server VMs, so I ended up just dropping the problem Emby Server VM from the Inventory/Datastore and restoring it from a backup 2 days ago.  On restore, it recognized my key as a lifetime membership (again, it was the same # as the monthly), and the original tuners and guide with mappings were there, so I just refreshed and voila - back in business.

 

It's entirely possible there is a legit issue with a premiere sub getting invalidated and then not recognizing the membership restoration, so I leave you guys with the logs and whatnot to hunt that down.

 

In the meantime, we're good to go here.

 

These are my first posts on this forum and while it was to report a problem, I wanted to say my experiences with Emby over the past 5 or 6 months have been fantastic.  I've tried pretty much ALL of the other options out there for multimedia with a PVR/DVR option and Emby is far and away the best.  Keep up the great work, I appreciate you guys and what you do!
