Anybody able to verify this thing works on a Mac? I can't risk updating the server until I'm back home... currently traveling & lost access to the machine through TeamViewer (that's another story, but I'm having a terrible time keeping that connection alive). I can still access my media files so I know the Emby server is running, but I'm not going to rock the boat until I'm back on site. Thanks for all of the help; I'll try the upgrade when I get back & update the thread in a couple of weeks.

Looks like upgrading Emby Server did the trick. I now have the Tune-In option showing up & displaying my favorites! Thanks for all the help everyone.

I take that back...my favorites actually aren't showing up, and since upgrading to the newer version of Emby Server, I've been experiencing all sorts of buggy behavior on all devices. Over the last few days, I've had to restart several times and even got stuck in this weird state where none of my media would play, only previews, no matter what I tried to watch. Restarting seems to have solved that problem, but at the moment I'm unable to add a new library folder (I added it, but it's not appearing, even when I scan for new files/folders).

So I reinstalled TuneIn & it's very odd - I can actually access a handful of stations within 'Local' and 'Genre', but for the most part everything else is just a blank black screen. The main option that'd make this plugin go from not worth having to something I'd use is the 'My Favorites' folder, which also doesn't load any results. I see there's been a fairly recent update to the plugin on GitHub - but after downloading the archive & comparing the files with what's in the 'Plugins' folder for Emby, I quickly gave up...the whole directory structure is different & the main .dll file I see in the Emby directory structure is not present in the GitHub download.

Is there anyone on here (running Mac OS Emby Server) actually been able to get this plugin to work properly?

All of the recent code updates are in the published .dll version, so assuming you're running the latest version of Emby Server you do have the latest.

Yep, I've got the latest version installed. I finally got it all working again so I'm reluctant to mess around too much, but it's really strange how like 2% of the content seems to be accessible...that, and the history of problems with this plugin that I've seen in this forum lead me to believe it's probably something with the plugin rather than my setup.

Can you record the audio from Tunein?

Can you record the audio from Tunein?

What do you mean? Are you asking about integrating with live tv?

I was asking if the plugin itself was capable of recording itself like a DVR.

But if a m3u/xmltv was created with a tunein link (.aac usually I believe) and fed into live tv in Emby, could that work?

No it's not, but yes in theory the m3u approach should work.

There are a lot of empty folders like in your example above, but also lots of stations that do work.

What would be great if the plugin would allow you somehow to login to Tunein if you are a pro subscriber.  Tunein sucks at providing this capability for AndroidTV, so it would be really nice if emby could do it.
