Fixed Option to set default selection action in emby for kodi

Hi

 

In kodi, settings, media, videos, you can set the default selection action.

 

So for example, you can set "resume" so that when you play content you had previously played but not completed, instead of asking you whether you want to resume from where you left off or start from the beginning, it will just resume without the prompt.

 

The problem is Emby for Kodi add on does not respect this setting, and it continually pops up in the emby window asking if i want to resume or play from the beginning.

 

Is it possible for emby for kodi to respect this setting in Kodi? Or alternatively is it possible to create a setting whereby you can choose the default selection action of resume with the emby for kodi settings?

 

It sounds minor, but it is very important as I'm implementing remoteless kodi (voice control) and this popup prompt on whether or not to resume is interrupting the hands free process. I always want to resume whenever I play any content!

Restart Emby for Kodi (or Kodi), you'll see a new patch applied. Let me know if the default action Resume is now respected. Thanks
