Plugin: Playlist import from .CSV

It is possible to save playlists in Trakt.tv or IMDB as .csv files

 

So my request would be:

A plugin that can read IMDB IDs from a .csv list and compare them with movies in my own library and if available add them to a playlist.

 

This way it would be easy to import playlists from almost all sources and could easily be shared.
