Changing series settings doesn't save from Series screen but does from Schedule screen

Theater 3.0.8.  Tried to edit a series' settings from the Series screen and noticed the changes were not saving.  Then tried to do the same editing the series' settings from the Schedule screen where the changes do save.

Series screen, select series, change values, go back, select series again, previous values remain before the changes (there's no save button to click, correct?).  Same done from Schedule screen works fine.

What values? Seems to be working just fine from here.

Try changing just the first dropdown "Record" value then back out.  When you go back in, the value isn't saved.  I think this is happening only when the dropdowns are edited.  I found the save does work if you also change either the checkbox value for "Don't record episodes that are already in library", or, enter a value in the textboxes for "start/stop when possible".  This is Theater 3.0.8 + Win 8.1 Pro.
