Deleted recordings take 45 seconds before removed from UI

In Emby Theater 3.0.8, after deleting a LiveTV recording and the screen is redirected to the previous page (Recordings or Home), the entry remains under Latest Recordings up to 45 seconds.  This one will cause confusion for the family.  Can a change be made to immediately refresh screens for user initiated deletes?
