Behavior of selecting to record a show

Selecting to record a show in the grid or anywhere should behave as it does in WMC...

1 press = records single show, displays o icon
2nd press = creates series, displays o) icon
3rd press = delete series, no icon, nothing should remain
4th press = back to same as 1 press

Emby Theater 3.0.8 instead does this...
1 press = ok, same as WMC
2nd press = creates series but still displays o icon instead of o) in the grid
3rd and more presses = keeps creating multiple series entries, still shows o icon instead of o)

Will this be changed to match WMC?

Hi, what do you mean by multiple series? can you go over an example? thanks.

After the first series entry is created by pressing the record button twice using a WMC remote, each continued press of the record button creates an additional duplicate series entry that can be seen under the Series tab and each duplicate entry must be individually deleted.

Luke, do you agreed this behavior is bugged and should also be changed to match the behavior in WMC as described above?  Thanks.

It should already be matching wmc. Are you using a live TV plugin?

Tested out of the box with no modifications. Can anyone else try this with Theater win desktop and confirm whether you're getting the same result and which Theater and Server version you're using?

When in the guide with a show highlighted, select to record with the MCE remote button. I assume it's the same when using mouse/keyboard:

1st button press = I found it does successfully set to record the current show and displays red O icon. No problem here.

2nd button press = I found it does successfully create a series, however, the guide incorrectly still shows the single O icon instead of the series O) icon.

3rd and more presses = incorrectly creates a duplicate series entry with each press instead of deleting the series (look at the series entries under the Series tab to confirm) and it doesn't remove the red O icon.

Ok, we'll look into this. Thanks for reporting.
