How to "lock" account on a device?

Is it possible for me too create a new local user, e.g. a "Guest"-user, and then on a TV/device client, "lock" that guest user, so the person using it cannot switch to my administrator account?

 

Right now I create a local user to be used in our daily room. Client there is Shield TV. And sometimes when entering Emby, it will ask which user to use, even though I enabled "login with same user" (or similar), so there that local user with limited access, can switch to my administrator/personal account.

Most people do this by password protecting and / or hiding the admin account. Then yes, create a guest user and have your client always log in using the guest.

There is no way to lock the app to only one account but you can do as suggested above. I would start by hiding your admin account from login screens but also be sure it has a password.

Another possible option is creating an account for the guest and assigning the device they are going to connect with, to the account
