Ausley 1 Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 (edited) For normal video files like mkv/mp4, it's easy to use external subtitles. For DVD and Blu-ray files which don't include the subtitles I need, does ebmy also support external subtitles? If yes, where should I put subtitle files and how to name them? Luke 42097 Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 Hi there, to be honest I don't think we've ever tested this so I'm not sure it will work. Why not convert the folder rips to mkv?
Ausley 1 Posted June 26, 2019 Author Posted June 26, 2019 It's time consuming to rip them. Some Android TV boxes support to put subtitle files under BDMV sub folder with the same name as Blu-ray folder. I tried Emby and it doesn't work. Can you make it work?
Luke 42097 Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 Yes we can look at this in a future update. thanks.
