nuentes 41 Posted June 22, 2019 Posted June 22, 2019 Before I start, I confess I don't believe this is a Linux issue, but I'm not sure where the right place is for this question. So Bob Marley the comedian, and Bob Marley the singer are very different people. I have Bob Marley (the comedian's) 2019 performance, and I have added it to my library. It was recognized as Bob Marley (the singer), and that's fine - I expected that. When I try to identify and use the imdb id of tt10379700, I get no results. Why am I unable to identify using this legit ID? The release is not in themoviedb, so I can't use that as a source. Any help is appreciated.
Luke 42077 Posted June 22, 2019 Posted June 22, 2019 Hi there, Imdb is not a free and open data service, so we cannot use that. It needs to be listed in either MovieDb or Omdb (which it might be). Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted June 22, 2019 Posted June 22, 2019 Emby can use the IMDB id to attempt to look it up on other providers sites. You could always add the media to TMDB.
