Tap play multiple times to start

Hi.

Is this a bug? 

having the mobile rotated  to landscape mode I would have to tap the play several times for it to start playing, this does not happen while in portrait  mode.

I can confirm this on my Pixel 2 XL, while in landscape.

This happens on my Samsung S8 phone, but if I tap just below the play button (actually right on the bottom of the circle) it works every time.

I have no problems with this on my Samsung TAB4.

Hi Luke.

I signed up for the beta and got the Update but looks like the issue still is present. 

 

The new play buttons added below work fine, its just the play button on the background pic that has the problem.
