How can I exclude Screens folders? (see attachment)

What is the folder structure and library type?  Looks like all your content is being lumped into a TV Series, do you have that many Screens folders in that series?

 

But with Screens not being a supported media subfolder you would need to put a ".ignore" file in every Screens folder.

The Folders are included in the torrent folder so \Downloads\L-Z\Warrior. the folder includes the Video file and a screens folder (instead of a sample). I have Emby fetching from the L-Z folder. It picks up the video file perfectly but also collects the screens folder.
