Is the TVHeadend plugin any good?

I've got TVH working well with Kodi.  Will it serve me well in emby for live tv/recording or should I just keep trying to use the built in dvr?

yeah I tried it out last night.   It seemed to be settling in.  I went to play a THV recording in ember and only had play pause.  When I went to rewind it said seeking not available.  Is there a wiki somewhere that explains what it can or cannot do and what we should expect?
