Friends can't create emby account .

bonjour, voulant inviter un amis sur mon serveur emby, je lui ai donc demandé de sign up sur emby connect.

hélas il n'a jamais recu de mail de confirmation et ne peut donc sign in sur la communauté emby .

son user est créé mais il est instantanément redirigé sur un page qui annonce " Sorry, you don't have permission for that!"

J'ai moi meme essayé de creer deux autres user avec deux autres adresses mail mais il se passe identiquement la meme chose !!!

y'a t 'il des problèmes avec le signup sur la communauté emby ? car il m'est impossible d'inviter ses utilisateurs sur mon serveur avec emby connect !!!

Est-ce que tu lui as créé un utilisateur sur ton serveur auquel tu as associé son adresse Emby connect ?

Ton ami a créé son compte Emby mais il faut lui donner le droit d'accéder à ta médiathèque.

Dans le cas contraire, n'importe qui pourrait accéder à ta médiathèque sans demander ton accord.

Merci pour ta réponse . Tout ça je le sais j ai déjà invité une dizaine d utilisateurs . Ici le problème est que il ne arrive pas a s inscrire a emby connect . J ai essayé moi même de créer deux autres comptes emby connect avec deux autres mail et ça ne fonctionne pas non plus ....

Hello there is a problem with signup to embyconnect ?

We have try to create 4 user with 4 different email and we never receive confirmation email ...

 

We are only back on page who said :

Oops! Something went wrong!

[#1001] You are not allowed to visit this community.

 

There is something we doing Bad ?

Hi.  Have you tried logging in with the email/password you created even though you haven't received confirmation?

yes i try . no working !!!

 

user is created ( Chris1984) . i can find him in search members but when he try login the site say " [#1001] You are not allowed to visit this community"

and of course i can't add him to my emby server .

That user appears to be fine.

 

Exactly when do you get the message above?  After you login? 

 

Can you try a different browser?
