Problem with files

I am stuck with the following: I am running a server with +4000 films. I recently switched to this new server. The problem: things went wrong when transferring files from an external hard drive to an internal hard drive. my movies are arranged by movie (a folder with a movie and srt file and jpg's). When transferring, 1090 srt files ended up in one folder. Now the question: does one of you know about a program that can automatically add the srt files to the relevant movie file (folder)?
