Does auto organize not like "&" ?

I am trying to get my auto organize functioning properly and one of the shows it is having problems with is "Guiliana & Bill" I have the folder in the library and it is identified, however auto organize is saying "Unable to find series in library matching name giuliana and bill"

 

Also for some reason when I go to the auto organize page and try to manually tell it which series it should belong to, the series dropdown list is empty.
