Limit Streaming User

How do you limit simultaneous streaming access? User type X can see up to 3 videos simultaneously

 

Also regarding downloads, user x can download up to 3 videos at a time

 

I have not found any option that makes me limit this, it is an essential thing because otherwise too many people could use the same user or they could download hundreds of videos sending me everything offline

This seems to me a rather priority request, to give you an example, yesterday a user did download on a TV series and the activities went crazy, he continued to add episodes after downloads, This can be solved by deactivating the downloads, but it would be enough to limit the streaming as they do on pl * x where it makes you choose how many streams can run simultaneously, please provide this change as soon as possible because it's a big limitation

Please implement them as soon as possible, even for a fee, if you want it to be available, because it is a big limit
