Prydwyn 6 Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 Hi, Not too sure if this is a bug, or a feature request. My library is mainly a few hundred HD movies, with maybe 30 or 40 4K movies. Because I have to buy my tech on a budget ( ) neither my phone or tablet are capable of playing 4K (nor is my PC which runs Emby Server capable of transcoding without excessive stutter). So for my favourites I have both x265 4K versions and x264 1080p versions, so I can always watch when I am away from home. I have both versions of these films in their own like-named folder, and have used the -1080p and -UHD suffixes to select the version I want to play. However, if I try to filter my collection to only show 4K movies, the filter only shows the stand-alone films, not the ones that have been put into sub-folders with their HD version. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way for these films to be displayed (or at least some obvious on-screen indicator that there are two versions to choose from)? Many thanks John
kikinjo 281 Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 Can confirm same issue, tested in Emby Theater 3.0.8, filter movies for 4K few of them only shows up. Depending on sorting (last added for example) shows neither one. Cheers
Luke 42081 Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 Yes there's currently in issue with this with multi version titles. Thanks.
lorac 118 Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 You can always have a specific library for 4K movies. Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
