Oculus Go and Windows 8.1

Hi, I have a brand new install on a Windows 8.1 laptop. I am able to connect and stream video from it to Oculus Go flawlessly using the Oculus Gallery app and I'm very happy with it so far. The only problem I'm having is that if I back out of the app, I can no longer see the Emby server as a source when I relaunch it. The only way I can fix it is to go to the laptop and restart the server using the web UI. Devices are both connected wirelessly via a Netgear router with no internet access so all communication is local. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
