Netzwerkshare - Es werden alle Dateien in Bibliothek angezeigt

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe Emby auf einem Intel NUC installiert und nutze Kodi auf meiner Shield TV.

Wenn ich nun eine Bibliothek hinzufüge über smb://192.xx - die Filme liegen auf einer Synology Diskstation, bekomme ich nicht nur die Filme angezeigt sondern alle Dateien z.B. der BDMV Ordner.

Das ist natürlich schwer nervig.

 

Stelle ich den EmbyServer allerdings in der Diskstation ein und greife somit lokal auf die Gleichen Ordner zu, habe ich dieses Phänomen nicht.

 

Was mache ich falsch?

 

Die Filme liegen auf der Platte in seperaten Ordnern (Filmname).

Hi, yes I can.

 

my Folder Structure is: \\192.168.178.xxx/Filme/Movie abc/Movie abc.mkv

 

On my Synology is everething okay, but on a seperate Server (NUC) and the same Path in Network, got following Picture.

Can you please go over a specific example? That doesn't match what i see in the screenshot. How did you setup the library in Emby?

Okay, give it a try. My Library are like this.

 

Guess, they are the BDMV Folder from BluRays because those Files are the same.

Also entweder nimmt man die Linux-Schreibweise mit "Slash", also //server/freigabe

oder bei Emby vorzugsweise die Windows-Schreibweise mit "Backslash", also \\server\freigabe

Aber man sollte nicht beides mischen!

Allerdings löst auch das mein Problem nicht so wirklich...

What I would suggest instead is mounting the smb share to a local path in Synology, then add the local path to Emby.

But now have Problems with Cinema Mode. There is no Trailers played, only Movies. Whats wrong now?

Versteh ich grad nicht. Hast du nicht geschrieben, du hast das Problem auf deinem NUC (welches Betriebssystem hat der eigentlich?).

I know about the concept of mounting shares to a local path. But the user reported he has problems on an Intel NUC with the shares coming from the Synology. Not the other way!

Versteh ich grad nicht. Hast du nicht geschrieben, du hast das Problem auf deinem NUC (welches Betriebssystem hat der eigentlich?).

Korrekt. Es ist Debian als VM (Proxmox) drauf installiert.

Wenn ich die Shares per smb einsetze, werden mir aus den BluRay Ordnern die einzelnen Files angezeigt, wie in meinem Screenshot gezeigt.

Jetzt habe ich gestern nach Lukes Vorschlag die Volumes der Diskstation auf den NUC gemounted. Danach konnte ich die Filmordner als lokale Ordner finden und scannen. Demnach wurden dann nur noch ordnungsgemäß die Filme angezeigt.

Allerdings werden jetzt eben keine Trailer mehr angezeigt...

 

Warum das so ist, I don`t know.

Alles klar. Beim NUC hatte ich natürlich erst einmal an Windows gedacht...
