shm613 0 Posted June 3, 2019 Posted June 3, 2019 I just purchased a lifetime Premiere membership after having an expired key connected to my Emby Server and when i try to run the backup plugin I get an error stating that My trial has expired. Under the Emby Premiere tab it is showing that I have a lifetime premiere plan that is well within my limit. So far I have tried restarting Emby and also restarting the computer running the Emby server and neither of those options solved this issue. Luke 42086 Posted June 3, 2019 Posted June 3, 2019 Hi, yes I think I see the issue and it might be due to a one day cache in the plugin. Please give it a try tomorrow and see if that resolves it. We'll look at improving this. Thanks.

Running manual works sometimes, sometimes not. Got update just now. First manual backup after update, same failed message. Followed up with another try, no error message.
