Cast and crew info not showing

I have re-done my emby server 4 times now.... on the initial scan actor and crew info are shown, but after a couple days they just disappear.... Happens all four times.... I have done a meta refresh, scan library, refresh people and still no luck.... Any ideas on how I can fix this

I did another scan and for some reason they are back....it was only my movies....sorry luke, you can close this for now.
