Help with Emby Connect

Having trouble with emby Connect.  I wanted to invite my sister to access my server but I cannot successfully link her account to my server via emby Connect.

 

Step 1: We created an account for her via emby.media/connect.

Step 2: I created a user account for her via my server dashboard and specified her emby user name

Step 3: The account was created successfully with the Connect cloud indicator on the Users page dashboard.

 

I expected that she would get an email from emby Connect requiring her to confirm the connection request but nothing was received.

 

The net result: if she tries to login to emby via Chrome or Windows Theatre; the emby app accepts her emby Connect user name but then cannot identify my server.

 

Any help would be welcome.

Tried several times.  I will try again and report back. Does not make sense.
