triptaktik 0 Posted May 27, 2019 Posted May 27, 2019 (edited) Hello! New emby user here. When i play 4K videos with resolution 3840x1600 i get a grey flickering line down at the bottom at the screen. When i play the same video, but i cast it to the build in chromecast ultra in my philips smart tv the video plays fine. But i dont want to use chromecast beacuse then it starts to transcode the audio. I want to play the video with the emby app on my tv so that it direct plays everything. If the video has 3840x1604 or 3840x1608 or something similar everything is ok. So the problem is with resolution 3840x1600. Anyone else? Is there a fix to this bug? Edited May 27, 2019 by triptaktik
Luke 42078 Posted May 27, 2019 Posted May 27, 2019 Hi there, what device are you playing on? Does it support that resolution video?
ebr 16184 Posted May 28, 2019 Posted May 28, 2019 Hi. Also if your TV has any overscan control you might try adjusting that.
triptaktik 0 Posted May 28, 2019 Author Posted May 28, 2019 Hi there, what device are you playing on? Does it support that resolution video? Hello again!
