Server crashes constantly/no longer recognizes premier

Very frequently the server will stop working, and the only way to resume functioning is to kill the task and start it again (restart server doesnt work).  Recently I tried a uninstall/reinstall of the server to see if this would resolve the issue.  It did not and made things much worse:

 

Now the server will not recognize any of my previous settings including my only user (all customizations for home screen etc are gone).  The "get premier" button is always there even though my key is entered and when i hit save on the key it thanks me (but the button remains).  Also, I cannot access the server via premier.  No idea what to do next. Please help!!

 

Edit: Forgot to mention that the crashes are still constant also--not resolved with reinstall.

Looks like the server is validating fine so it may be the client device.  Do you have anything like Privacy Badger?

I dont have anything special. not sure what privacy badger is.  Any other thoughts? or things i can check?

 

Clients seem to all be fine except when the server crashes they stop playing.  9 tiems out of 10 it is the web client on the server itself

Sorry, I was addressing the Premiere not validating question.

Regarding the crashes, can you please try uninstalling the cover art plugin, then restarting the server and see if that helps? Thanks !

I'll try, its a little confusing considering what is displayed to me...

 

My server name is and always was "Mediabrowser".  Now when i try to connect via emby connect i have 2 servers displayed both "mediabrowser".  One will never connect and constantly loops me back to the sign in screen or gives an error that the server cant be reached. 

 

The other server will connect me but other than the correct media folders all settings have been lost.  I failed to remove my phone from my home wifi previously (prior to this post), so i was under the impression I was only getting connected to the server locally not via emby connect, so I guess I misspoke before (sorry).

The one that won't connect could be an old installation in the event you uninstalled/reinstalled. Best thing to do is remove it so that you won't have to see it anymore.

Did you enter your Premiere key into the server dashboard?
