FR: Dlna Server - Instant mix and channels

The dlna server is almost completely bug free for me and I am going to get alot of use out of it, i just have two final requests.

 

1. This is the big one but under music in the dlna server would it be possible to have instant mix? I use the dlna server with my avr (Most networked avr's play music through dlna servers now days as a popular way to play music), i am currently using media monkey and would like to get rid of it as a server, but at the moment when i have people over they have an instant mix option for dlna where i can play random songs which is what I like to play at partys ect.... (xbmc calls this party mode), if i could get this in the dlna server under music i could completely replace media monkey. The way they do it is in their dlna server you click on the server, then you have music or playlist option, under playlist you can select auto playlist which is basically just their version of mb3's instant mix. I would really like to see an instant mix option in the dlna server for music so i can play random songs on my avr when i have people over. 

 

2. I noticed plex does this, not a huge request for me but their channels can be accessed over dlna, might be an interesting idea as we add more channels. Although i dont know what kind of work that would involve.

yup all will come in time. we really just needed to get it reliable before moving onto the fun stuff like this
