Emby Premiere Monthly Card Issue

Hello,

 

I am waiting on a reply from the billing email but i am having an issue. I was paying by credit card via the monthly option but i did not get a receipt or anything this month. I received this back from billing:

"Yes, your current card is failing.  You can cancel using the Emby server dashboard and then setup a new one."

 

When i go to my server and follow the cancel options, i do not see the section where i can modify my subscription.

 

My question is if i want to change my card that i am using, how do i verify that the current one has been removed before adding a new one? I do not want to get double billed

Hi. I believe we took care of this over the email.  Correct?
