Hello I would like to make a cancellation for my account please. I keep getting billed even though I tried stopping the payments through paypal thanks.

this is actually a good question. how do i check to see if auto-renewal is active for my account. as i would NOT like to renew my subscription, so i want to avoid getting billed again.

Hi.  If you used PayPal, all you have to do is cancel the recurring payment in your PayPal account.

could you please check whether my subscription has really been canceled? I want to buy the lifetime now, but Emby premiere tells me that Paypal is being used. But I am pretty sure I set it up with cc.
