disable low biterates quality

Is it possible to disable the lowest qualities to force a user to have a minimum bit rate of 1 mb/s?

 

This would be to reduce the load on my server.

Some of my users we define the minimum quality (144p) without valid reason I would have wanted to force them not to use low qualities.

If I understood correctly if I transcode a file with a good quality to a very bad (144p) one it will use more resource?
While if it transcodes from 720p to 2/3 mb / s transcoding will use less resource.
Of course if it is in direct reading no problem at the CPU.

I would like to do this because when there is a lot of simultaneous stream the server has trouble following.

No, that really should not be any different. Transcoding to lower resolution will in fact use less resources.

This still does not work it's the same display as on my screenshot by removing the PlaybackReporting plugin. I tested under chrome and Firefox

Make sure to restart the server after removing it.

Email plugin doesn't exist on my Emby, hue control has been removed. The problem is already present.
