identification of tv shows with number in title

Hi all, anyone know of a fix for entering a tv show into your library if it has a number in it's title, ie: Hawaii five-0,or Warehouse 13. Can get the show listed but can't show the proper # of seasons etc. As you can see from the attachment the episode count starts at 1 yet for the season file display it shows a single season listed as season 13. There are actually only 5 seasons but this is typical of the problem encountered with any show with a number in its title.post-460800-0-79209400-1558469530_thumb.png

I'm including three more screen shots. You can see that it is showing 90% of the correct info. It is only in the # of seasons listed  in the description and  the season folders where the problem occurs. I should mention that aside of this issue I think your program is excellent; user friendly, great interface and easy to navigate.I was using Plex previously...won't be going back.

To me the issue would be the changes that happened in 4.1.1.0 with the "Improve series folder detection" and your season folder names.  I don't think "Series - Season x" folders have ever been supported.

I had the same problem with warehouse 13, fixed it by removing the ‘13’ from the folders and filenames and magic all sorted and Emby does the right thing

A couple of things:

With Hawaii Five-O you need to add the date to get good matching:

Hawaii Five-0 (2010)

Hawaii Five-O (1968)

That is how I have them named and also note that I use the letter "O" for the 1968 series and the number "0" for the 2010 series.

Also you must use only "Season XX" for the season folder names and the date is really only needed at the file level but it is best to have it in the show's folder name as well.

Follow the naming conventions exactly and only deviate at your own risk.
