SuperMinecraftKid 5 Posted May 20, 2019 Posted May 20, 2019 Im having a problem where a singular episode is showing up as missing when the episode is there. Emby has recognized the episode on the previous scan and shows the path to the file in the media info. I have other episodes in the same folder which are being recognized and playable yet the latest one is not playable. One of my users said that they can watch the episode but neither my phone or computer can play it. Screenshot

If so, please try turning that off and then running a library scan. Apparently it was already off even though I know I've seen missing episodes in my library. Ive scanned once with the option on and then with the option off. No changes

Yes, the function is enabled. If I click on the missing episode, there is a button "split versions". If I click on this button, the episode will shown correctly. The missing episode remains for a few minutes and then disappear. I would like later added episodes to be better recognized and the entries about missing episodes to disappear.
