Premium Subscription

Hi there,

 

I have a 45 monthly premium subscription and today it went over by 1.

 

I had 2 disabled users which I have removed and user count is now down to 43.

 

My new user gets 'emby premium user limit'

 

Why is this and how can I avoid it, I do not want to extend my subscription plan as it just renewed.

I think the counts are on roughly a rolling weekly basis. Ie you might have to wait a few days

Hi.  Yes,  devices are counted over a period of about a week, not simultaneous.
