LiveTv: Show message if no tuner is available

Precondition:

- Currently I have an Enigma2 based cable receiver connected to Emby. <- doesn't matter for this feature request

- active recording

 

Observed:

No message is displayed, that the channel cannot be viewed during an active recording, because no tuner is available. Only the loading animation is displayed. A message would be great, such that the user is aware of that no tuner is available at the moment.
