Okay, so you just purchased this, it wasn't a case of you having lost a previous key.  Sorry, I misunderstood.

 

Have you received it now?

 

If so, I suggest canceling that store subscription and re-doing it next month via our web site.  It will be cheaper for you.

I did not but I found it now. The only problem is my new email isnt the same as it was when I bought the key. I bought the key way back for MediaBrowser.

I would send a email to billingsupport@emby.media and provide as much information as possible.
