Update message won't go away

So I have this on my Windows server and it will not go away:

 

The following components have been installed or updated:

MBServer (4.1.1.0)

Please restart the server to finish applying updates.

 

I have restarted multiple times and it still appears. 

On the right side of the dashboard I have 5 of these messages:

 

Emby Server on Emby Server has been updated to 4.1.1.0

5/14/2019, 5:09:05 pm

 

(with different time stamps)

 

How do I get rid of the update message. I have both restarted the server and shut it down and started it again. Same result. 

 

The Dashbaord says I am running this version:

Version 4.0.3.0

 

But it also says I am up to date.

Ok, I get the error

 

Could not move system directory to backup

 

System.IO.IOException

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Hi.  Restart your machine and then try the update/install.

Ok, that fixed it - both the update error and the dashboard message.
