Windows Store App does not play any files

Greetings,

 Downloaded Emby Theater from the Windows Store. I go to start playing a file either on my server or synced locally and I get the multi-colored Emby wheel for a minute. Then nothing happens. The video does not play but the Emby server shows it is playing.
