How to update Emby Theater? (auto update not happening)

How do I force Emby Theater to update? It doesn't seem to be auto-updating from 3.0.6 to 3.0.8. I had it running for at least a couple days after the update was out (and then Windows autoupdated and rebooted my server unknowingly) but it didn't update itself. I've got ET running again, but it's still 3.0.6 and I want to make it update itself.
