Emby Premiere asking to "Unlock Feature" even if valid key

Since about yesterday, emby does not allow ios to play videos.

First server was invalidating the key - clearly error in my case. The key is valid.

I deleted server and reinstalled a fresh server from scratch - new library, new users etc...

Now the same key is valid.

Android can play videos, but no joy on ipad.

Please advise.

Hi. Your key was invalidated because the charge for it was disputed.  Did you not do this?  If so,  you should be able to call your bank and have the dispute removed.

I made the payment on 15 April.

The bank disputed this in error on 16 April and after I talked to them they confirmed they'll make the payment.

The money was paid back to you on 26 April.

Please double-check.

Hi.  Right now our CC processor shows it as disputed and we lost.  I am contacting them directly to clear it up.
